My Mother taught me to sew at a young age of eight in Maryland and I have been hooked ever since. I received my first Kenmore sewing machine in the third grade and eventually moved onto a Pfaff in the 1980's. I started out making clothing for myself and family members, and eventually expanded my skills to home decorating and quilting. Most recently, my one-of-a-kind handmade unique designs have been transformed from upcycled clothing and blankets.
Although my full time career has been in the Travel Industry, my passion has always been focused on sewing and creativity. Traveling abroad provided the opportunity to purchase unique fabrics, laces, and buttons and learn about foreign textiles and cultures.
I love to sew and plan to share the quality products that I have designed as well as share sewing skills acquired along the way. I also welcome any commissioned inquires for any handmade sewn or quilted items.
Thank you for visiting and enjoy,Sandy Lynn
